GOAT, the new PSG’s sponsor

The number one soccer club in Ligue 1, PARIS SAINT-GERMAIN, has just announced the signing of a new partnership contract. After choosing Jordan Brand as their equipment supplier in 2018 (several articles available on this site), PSG is teaming up with another lifestyle company, specialized in particular in sneakers : GOAT.

GOAT is an American online platform specialized in the resale market of lifestyle pieces (sneakers, streetwear, accessories mainly). Created in 2015, it benefited from an investment by Foot Locker to the tune of 100 million dollars in 2019. This has allowed it to see its membership grow considerably and be present in more than 150 countries worldwide.

GOAT and PSG are committing to a multi-year partnership for 50 million euros. It will begin on July 1, 2022 and run through 2025.

GOAT will become one of Paris Saint-Germain’s « Principal Partners » and its logo will be present on the sleeve of all the club’s performance outfits : training, warm-up and match kits.

PSG said the partnership will also include exclusive and innovative collaborations.

With this partnership, GOAT and PSG will expand their popularity internationally. The announcement was accompanied by an image of PSG’s star players (without MBappé) wearing a jersey with the GOAT logo on the sleeve. Stay tuned for the latest news !
