FUCKING AWESOME, the New York skate brand founded by skateboarders Jason Dill and Anthony Van Engelen, unveils a new part of its collaboration with ADIDAS. For this new opus, FA has reinterpreted for the second time the Experiment 1 silhouette.
After last year’s white and blue version, the FUCKING AWESOME team dresses this new iteration in a combination of beige, olive green and black.
This special adidas Experiment 1 consists of a black/grey/green camouflage print base, covered in large part by beige leather and suede overlays. The iconic adidas 3-Stripes on the side are featured in olive green, as is the heel clip that extends to the midfoot. To complete the look, other elements such as the inner lining, heel pull, tongue and laces appear in black. The tongue tag and insole feature the adidas FUCKING AWESOME co-branding and the heel clip has the FUCKING AWESOME branding embossed. The whole is based on a gumsole that recalls the skate brand’s underground roots.
The Fucking Awesome x adidas Experiment 1 will be released in the coming months at select retailers and on adidas.com, priced at $110. For the latest official details, stay tuned !
