A l’occasion de son 10ème anniversaire, le célèbre magasin de mode Chinois FOSS s’est associé à Asics Tiger afin de nous proposer une collaboration sur la silhouette de la Asics Gel Mai.
Il y a un an, Ryuben nous proposait un joli travail sur la Asics Gel Lyte 3 afin de fêter la première année de FOSS GALLERY. Aujourd’hui, il nous présente un nouveau projet réfléchi, pensé, et plein de sens sur le thème du “lever du soleil”. En effet, soucieux d’aller toujours plus loin, Ryuben nous fait découvrir de manière vivante sur l’intérieur et l’extérieur des chaussures un contraste de tons chauds et froids, entre lumière du soleil et ombre. Ce lever de soleil annonce l’ambition de FOSS de s’élever encore plus haut.
La paire se compose d’un upper en suede bicolore orange et gris. On retrouve le logo de Foss gravé au niveau du talon, le X représente le 10ème anniversaire. La structure arquée arrondie complémentaire souligne subtilement le bord d’or lumineux du “lever de soleil”. L’ensemble repose sur une semelle blanche tachetée.
La Asics Gel Mai x Foss “Development-Sunrise” sera disponible le 26 mai 2018 chez Foss et la semaine d’après dans quelques magasins à travers le monde.

On the occasion of its 10th anniversary, the famous Chinese fashion store FOSS has teamed up with Asics Tiger to offer us a collaboration on the silhouette of the Asics Gel Mai.
A year ago, Ryuben offered us a nice job on the Asics Gel Lyte 3 to celebrate the first year of FOSS GALLERY. Today, he presents us with a new, thoughtful and meaningful project on the theme of “sunrise”. Indeed, anxious to go further, Ryuben makes us discover in a lively way on the inside and the outside of the shoes a contrast of warm and cold tones, between sunlight and shade. This sunrise heralds FOSS’s ambition to rise even higher.
The pair consists of an upper in two-tone suede orange and grey. We find the engraved Foss logo on the heel, the X represents the 10th anniversary. The complementary rounded arch structure subtly highlights the bright golden edge of the “sunrise”. The set is based on a spotted white sole.
The Asics Gel Mai x Foss “Development-Sunrise” will be available May 26, 2018 at Foss and the following week in some stores around the world.
