The Japanese basketball shop managed by atmos, TOKYO 23, has reopened its doors in 2021 after expansion and modernization. To celebrate the 1st anniversary of this new store, TOKYO 23 is organizing a special event « TOKYO 23 BASKETBALL COMMUNITY » to highlight the basketball community.
On the program is a wide range of content from the basketball community for basketball fans.
In the Talk Show section, Mc Mamushi will host 3 discussion sessions on 3 different topics.
To talk about the upcoming NBA JAPAN GAMES 2022, Tokyo 23 has invited former basketball player and current basketball analyst Chris Sasaki.
Naoyuki Akiba will talk about the « PICK UP PLAYGROUND » renovation and cleaning project of YOYOGI PARK and sharing memorable anecdotes.
XBS and Koji will talk passionately about JORDAN sneakers, past and present, from a cultural perspective.
There will also be a game, the « JORDAN QUIZ », where those who give all the right answers can hope to win luxurious prizes.
Tokyo 23 will be offering 2 exclusive styles of short sleeve t-shirts at this event. These items will then be available the next day in stores and online.
The TOKYO 23 x ALLDAY TEE comes in 4 colorways : white, mottled grey, grey and black. It features an ALLDAY graphic print on the front and TOKYO 23 branding on the back.
The TOKYO 23 x FLY BASKETBALL CULTURE MAGAZINE TEE is available in white, light pink, olive green or black. It features FLY Basketball Culture Magazine branding on the chest and the TOKYO 23 basketball logo on the right sleeve.
To enjoy the event, there will be a variety of drinks available, including those from LATTEST HARAJUKU.
The « TOKYO 23 BASKETBALL COMMUNITY » event will take place on September 22, 2022 from 6:00 pm to 9:00 pm at the TOKYO 23 shop located at Harmony Harajuku 1F, 4-28-21 Jingumae, Shibuya-ku, Tokyo. The entrance is free and dress code required : JORDAN sneakers. The price of each T-shirt is set at $38 (¥5 500).
