[vc_row][vc_column width=”1/2″][vc_column_text]After a first collaboration in 2017, the English from END. and the brand from the same country : Reebok, have once again teamed up to offer us a project inspired by the classic hiking shoes of the 2000s. Adding to this silhouette flashy, modern colours and actual high performance elements, we get a quality sneaker, adapted as much to the streets as to the steep trails : the DMX Trail Shadow “Mercury”.
This pair has been designed in a futuristic spirit, with a predominantly silver colour and touches of bright red and neon green. It consists of a mesh upper, reinforced with rubber for extra strength, and TPU cage overlay in metallic tones. On each side of the shoe is the Reebok logo from the late 90s, the “vector”, highlighted with red or green contours. On the top of the tongues, the name of END. shop and “DMX Trail Shadow” appear in relief on a red background for the left shoe and on a green background for the right shoe. These colors are reversed for each insole, on which END. and Reebok branding details are written. The aglets (tip of the laces) are also in the same color as the insole, which gives contrast to the black and light grey laces, whose appearance is reminiscent of the ropes used on trails. We therefore note that this collaboration has been created with a keen eye for detail.
The whole is based on a sole with optimal shock absorption : the DMX SHEAR, whose name appears on the rear side of the shoe, complemented by the support of the EVA shock absorber. In addition, this technology circulates air under the heel for enhanced cushioning with every step. To finalize the comfort of this pair, it’s complemented by a sturdy rubber outsole with studs for added strength and grip.
This limited edition END. X Reebok DMX Trail Shadow “Mercury” will be available in END. stores on Saturday 22nd February 2020 and will be priced at £149.
