The famous British shop END. unveils a new high quality collaboration. For the 3rd time, it has partnered with legendary sportswear brand DIADORA to pay tribute to the Italian heritage. Following the exclusive V7000 « Opera » from 2017 and N9002 « Lido » from 2019 (article available HERE), the 2 partners present 2 new V7000 in 2022, the « Limoncello » and the « Grappa ».
As their names suggest, these collaborative pairs highlight 2 classic and popular Italian alcoholic beverages : the lemon liqueur named Limoncello and the Grappa which is a grape marc brandy.
The V7000 « Limoncello » is dressed in shades of yellow with a touch of white and lime green, and the « Grappa » edition sports a harmonious color palette of bright beige, neutral grey and grape green.
Both of these exclusive pairs are handmade in Italy from premium materials.
They come in a combination of leather and suede. Specifically, the perforated suede base is complemented by classic suede overlays and features a leather side logo. The tongue and heel tab are also crafted in leather and delicate embroidery adorns the tongue, back of the foot and side heel. We find the END. branding on the right heel and the featured fruit (lemon or grape) on the left heel. As always with Diadora, great attention is paid to detail. The insole is covered with an illustration of lemons or grapes, depending on the version, and features co-branding on one side and the name of the exclusive colorway « Limoncello » or « Grappa » on the other. To finalize the design harmoniously, the whole is based on a comfortable white midsole, coupled with a lemon yellow or grape green rubber outsole.
The pairs will be accompanied by a co-branded shot glass and delivered in a special box.
