After offering us an original collection with the furniture brand HAY, the END. shop returns to the classics by unveiling a new collaboration with ADIDAS. The loyal partners present a Velosamba pack named ‘Social Cycling’.
The cycling silhouette from ADIDAS sports a look that references the casual hobbies of modern cycling clubs. Through this exclusive Velosamba, END. pays homage to the frantic bike races and draws inspiration from 2 classic stops for any seasoned cyclist : coffee and beer.
The shoe comes in 2 colorways, each evoking one of the 2 drinks. Appearing in a Legend Ink, Team Coffee and white color palette, the 1st version blends neutral tones to reflect the rich flavors and colors of a cup of coffee. The 2nd iteration takes the aesthetic of a beer bottle by combining touches of bottle green, vibrant red and white to reflect a cold beer.
With the END. touch, these Velosamba’s combine their classic cycling style with the aesthetic of ‘terrace’ sneakers. They are made from premium suede from the Charles F.Stead tannery in Leeds. This white base is contrasted by 3-Stripes in a brown or green gradient depending on the model. Designed to be worn both on a bike and to finish off a casual outfit, each model has a reflective strip on the heel branded END. and a two-bolt pedal attachment integrated into the reinforced midsole. This exceptional detail makes this sneaker a very discreet and functional cycling style. To affirm the collab, these pairs feature custom END. branding on the insoles and an embroidered cycling motif on the underside of the tongue. The look is completed with a toe overlay and white sole for the ‘beer’ version, and a brown overlay paired with a gumsole for the ‘coffee’ pair.
