The number one sneakers brand in France COURIR invited the duo @jaimetoutcheztoi to celebrate Valentine’s Day. The iconic couple, followed by nearly 320 thousand people on Instagram, presents a selection of shoes through an editorial « Want You Around » made on the beaches of Normandy, France.
Alice Barbier and JS Roques pay tribute to Love with a series of photos mixing desire for elsewhere and need to recharge their batteries with nature and the ocean. Known for their mastery of style, the duo fuses unexpected outfits with emblematic or popular sneakers from the Spring/Summer 2021 collection by Courir.
The couple appears wearing the same pair of shoes, the men’s and women’s version or two different silhouettes but from the same brand, creating a nice matching.
@jaimetoutcheztoi features the Converse Runstar Hike, which quickly became very popular. It consists of a black canvas upper completed with white elements, such as the rubber toe box, topstitching and laces. A thick white midsole combined with a two-piece notched outsole, rubber under the forefoot and black under the heel, completes the look.
The couple also wears the Asics GEL Kayono 14 technical runner in both men’s and women’s versions. The first consists of a white mesh upper with silver-colored laminated synthetic overlays, black Tiger Stripes and a touch of gold on the heel and on the updated white midsole with Trusstic System technology. For the women’s model, simply the gold-colored elements are replaced by metallic red.
The iconic duo also features Nike and Jordan Brand silhouettes in colors that reflect love.
