After offering us a triple collaboration with the brand F/CE and the equipment manufacturer ASICS earlier this year (article available HERE), the Chinese retailer COSTS is back on the news with a perfect gift for the holidays. For the first time, the retailer has teamed up with the legendary Casio brand to bring its touch to the G-SHOCK DW 5600.
This co-branded watch retains its classic square design, enhanced by a contrasting color combination and space-like patterns.
The matte black surface of the special G-SHOCK DW 5600 is complemented by a bold bright orange interior. The strap is adorned with various pearl grey geometric patterns referencing symbols of astronomy and archaeology. These design details add a futuristic touch to this reimagined watch. To affirm the collab, the COSTS brand stands out, in pearl grey, on the upper part of the strap, near the dial. As for the specificities, this model has a military configuration, such as shockproof, waterproof to 200m, multifunction alarm clock, countdown timer and other iconic functions of the G-SHOCK brand.
The COSTS x G-SHOCK DW 5600 will be released on December 19, 2021, in stores and on the official website of Chinese retailer costsstore.com. The price is set at 124$ (790 CNY).
