Collection textile END. x Folk « Confetti »

The famous British retailer END. continues to celebrate its 15th anniversary by presenting a textile collection « Confetti » designed in collaboration with the London-based ready-to-wear brand FOLK. This first collaborative capsule is inspired by partying and long evenings spent in clubs on the dancefloor.

Over the years, the FOLK brand has become an established name in men’s fashion. Created in 2001 by Cathal McAteer, it offers casual clothing with a modern British touch. This English label seeks to combine know-how and audacity, chic and casual. It focuses on the quality of materials, textures and manufacturing characteristics. Everything is analyzed and great care is taken in the details in order to always improve the products and satisfy the customers.

The collection presented today consists of 15 pieces. 1 item per year of existence of END.

The color palette is quite dark with a touch of audacity. We find mostly a fir green, indigo or navy blue base, with a « confetti » print of contrasting bright colors. This pattern with irregular contours can be imposing on some items. It’s reminiscent of multicolored nightclub lighting. A circular FOLK cream leather branding patch or a large inner label adorns these collaborative pieces.

For this collection, navy blue items such as the hooded windproof vest, shirts (one long-sleeved and one short-sleeved) and the tote bag, are embellished with this imposing « confetti » print boldly scattered throughout the garment. The indigo-colored flat-necked jacket and the fir-green training jacket are adorned with a subtle « confetti » print inside the pockets and at the side seams respectively. As for the navy blue hoodie, this pattern appears elegantly on the drawstrings of the hood. The crewneck sweatshirt is devoid of this pattern, it has a navy blue base with a fir green sleeve and the other royal blue and a nylon hem. The knitted crewneck sweater takes up the fir green and navy blue colors, then smoothes the multicolored « confetti » pattern over it to make it more discreet on this cosy garment. The long-sleeved plaid shirt is very different from the rest of the capsule, with its light grey base and blue, white and orange stripes. The two short-sleeved shirts, one navy blue and the other light yellow, have a dyed look and are adorned with a toned-in slanted chest pocket. The pants come in two shapes, the first one in a fir green tracksuit and the second one casual in indigo woven cotton, with a discreet « confetti » print applied respectively on the drawstrings and inside the back pocket. A knitted beanie matching the crewneck sweater completes the capsule.

The collection END. x Folk « Confetti » is now available on the endclothing.com website. Prices range from 55€ for the beanie to 299€ for the windproof hooded jacket.
