The famous New York streetwear brand SUPREME continues to present us very interesting collabs. After teaming up with Timberland (article available HERE), James Jebbia’s label is once again woking with outdoor clothing specialist THE NORTH FACE.
For this second collaboration of spring 2021, the two partners are featuring pieces from THE NORTH FACE’s SUMMIT series. This line offers high-performance pieces suitable for extremely cold temperatures and harsh high mountain conditions.
This capsule includes items with a specific detail of a black stripe outer seam. They are available in 3 colorways : black, khaki green and fluorescent pink. We find 2 styles of jackets, the Shell and the Coaches, the Mountain pants and the Camp cap. These pieces are all made of highly water-resistant nylon, have taped seams and are adorned with co-branding. To accompany the garments, a Route Rocket backpack and neck pouch were also designed with the same material.
The collection is completed with cotton pieces embellished with the embroidered logos : a tracksuit, crew neck and pants, as well as a short sleeve t-shirt.
The color palette ranges from black to khaki green, sky blue, old pink and coral orange, all in a washed-out style.
The SUPREME x THE NORTH FACE collection will be released on May 27, 2021, in SUPREME stores and online at supremenewyork.com. The launch in Japan will take place 2 days later, on May 29, 2021. Don’t sleep !
