Collection Palace x Mercedes-AMG

The famous PALACE brand doesn’t put any creative barriers on itself as a rule, and especially not when it comes to collaborations. After teaming up with beer brand Stella Artois earlier this year (article available HERE), Lev Tanju’s label presents a collection developed with Mercedes-AMG, the high-performance subsidiary of the prestigious German car manufacturer.

This collaboration is based on Palace’s motorsport influence, which frequently uses these types of designs on these pieces. It’s based on the combined principles of the 2 brands, « performance, speed and cool outfits ».

The British brand is one of the sponsors of the Mercedes-AMG GT3 that will compete in the 2021 Nürburgring 24-hour German motor race. It also helped develop the paint scheme and the design of specific stickers used on this race car.

The collection consists of clothing and accessories adorned with a new Palace x AMG logo. These pieces combine neutral or solid colors with contrasting and imposing prints and brandings. For example, the Nürburgring circuit graphic, a saber-tooth pattern that references the animal on the GT3’s hood, and the slogan « Divine Performance Specialist ».

We discover GORE-TEX jackets and pants, leather varsity jackets, hoodies, sweatshirts, polo shirts and t-shirts. To complete this capsule focused on motor racing, driving gloves are offered. A beanie, cap, tote bag and skateboards will also be available.

The Palace x Mercedes-AMG collection will be released the day after the start of the Nürburgring 24-hour race, Friday, June 4, 2021 at noon in stores and on the brand’s website palaceskateboards.com. Be ready !
