Collection END. x Carhartt WIP

After the adidas and Folk labels (articles available on this site), the British retailer END. continues to celebrate its 15 years of existence by partnering with the workwear giant CARHARTT WIP. A collection called « Greyscale » is presented today, paying tribute to the rich heritage of the legendary American brand.

This capsule plunges into the history of Carhartt WIP, a line founded 100 years after the establishment of the brand by Hamilton Carhartt in 1889. This division has crossed borders and is enjoying great success, including in Europe. It embodies the cultural cachet of Carhartt, thanks to workwear with a modern lifestyle aesthetic.

Citing the color « Blacksmith », a hue created to unify the variety of shades from Carhartt’s suppliers, END. and Carhartt offer a collection that pays tribute to the wide range of shades that have appeared throughout Carhartt’s history. The target audience was closer to the world of fashion.

The « Greyscale » collection consists of 21 pieces : hoodies, round-neck sweatshirts, short-sleeved t-shirts with a chest pocket and accessoriessuch as beanies, socks, tote bags, cups and repositionable metal badges. These items are available in black, white, light grey or yellow. The centerpiece is the pearl grey Michigan Chore Coat with 4 pockets in different shades of grey, with a touch of yellow and a black collar.

All items are adorned with the revisited Carhartt logo combining the two brands. The famous « C » is here reworked to also match the « D » of END.

The END collection. x Carhartt WIP collection will be available on December 12, 2020 in END. stores in New Castle and London, and online via a raffle at launches.endclothing.com, which has been open for registration since December 7, 2020. Good luck !
