The legendary workwear brand CARHARTT WIP ended 2022 with a refined collection designed with Liberty Fabric. To start the year 2023, the famous label continues its momentum and unveils a very first collaboration with the Italian fashion house MARNI.
In May 2022, MARNI had already taken an interest in the lifestyle/streetwear world by teaming up with Japanese brand UNIQLO. This new collab with a catchy style should also be a great success.
According to the first images, the offer is based on cult workwear pieces of CARHARTT WIP reworked to display an aesthetic specific to the Italian luxury brand.
We discover work jackets, zipped hoodies, shirts, flared pants, long skirts, a sweater and a leather jacket. The collection also includes accessories such as buckets hats, a tote bag and slip-on shoes. The majority of these pieces are adorned with a floral pattern composed of black and yellow or white and green shades that correspond to the universe of MARNI. Other pieces, made from contrasting fabrics like corduroy, have a ’70s patchwork finish with many shades of beige, brown and red.
