The famous German shop BSTN continues to pay tribute to its first passion, basketball, through eye-catching collabs. After working with ADIDAS on the iconic Forum silhouette (article available HERE), Chris Boszczyk and Dusan Cvetkovic have teamed up with the legendary NBA (National Basketball Association) to present us with an exclusive collection.
Founded in 2008 by Chris Boszczyk and Dusan Cvetkovic, BSTN was a German brand inspired by basketball before being a shop specialized in streetwear. The hoodies, jackets, caps and jerseys were popularized by public figures like Ludacris, A$ap Rocky and the famous French footballer from Bayern Munich, Franck Ribéry. In 2013, Philip Stolte joined the original duo and the 3 partners opened their 1st shop in Munich.
With this collaborative capsule, BSTN honors its love for basketball and the legendary NBA.
The collection consists of iconic streetwear pieces adorned with the NBA logo and BSTN branding. High-end outfits from 7 great teams are offered : Los Angeles Lakers, Miami Heat, Golden State Warriors, Brooklyn Nets, Boston Celtics, Milwaukee Bucks and Portland Trail Blazers. We find hoodies, crewnecks, fleece pants, short sleeve t-shirts and workout shorts. The color palette ranges from white, black, mottled grey, beige, green, burgundy and purple.
To complete the offering, BSTN worked with their friends at A Kind Of Guise, a high-end Munich label that uses the best local materials to create exclusive designs. The collection therefore also includes knitwear made in Germany with 100% of the finest merino wool. It’s enriched with a green Celtics or red Trail Blazers Trojer, a black cardigan, a blue vest and a light pink polo shirt.
The BSTN x NBA collection is now available only at the BSTN shop and online at bstn.com. Prices range from 40€ for the t-shirts to 400€ for the A Kind Of Guise cardigan. Don’t sleep !
