German sportswear giant ADIDAS continues its collaborative efforts to help us have a festive and stylish summer 2022. While the famous Platform gazelle designed with luxury house GUCCI has just been released (article available HERE), the 3-stripes brand unveils an elaborate capsule with Ibiza’s iconic party spot, CIRCOLOCO.
This collection participates in the celebration of the 23 years of the nightclub known to be a must-see destination for clubbers.
CIRCOLOCO has hosted great DJs like Seth Troxler, Luciano and Black Coffee and has seen its status as Ibiza’s party spot expand into a global music brand that blends entertainment, fashion and the arts.
Inspired by CIROLOCO’s nostalgic musical approach, this capsule includes 2 classic silhouettes from the German outfitter that are very popular at the moment : the Forum Low and the Adilette Slide.
These 2 pairs feature the same color palette of black and gold with red hues, a nod to the club dancefloor.
The Forum Low consists of a black leather upper with matching overlays. To enhance the look, the inner lining and tongue tag are featured in red, as is the heel clip. Branding details are applied in gold, including CIROLOCO under the ankle and at the iconic strap above the laces. Interchangeable custom hangtags affirm the inspiration for this collaborative pair. The whole is based on a black midsole coupled with a semi-translucent outsole.
The adilette slide appears in black and features an imposing gold CIROLOCO branding on the synthetic upper. The name of the legendary Ibiza spot is more discreetly emblazoned on the contoured Cloudfoam insole. Simple yet stylish, this slide is perfect for after hours and after parties by the beach !
The CIRCOLOCO x adidas Forum Low & Adilette are available in the major part of the world since July 29, 2022, at selected retailers and on adidas.com. Prices are set at $130 for the Forum Low and $50 for the Adilette.
