World famous singer-songwriter BILLIE EILISH and the Swoosh brand extend their partnership by presenting a new version of the iconic NIKE Air Force 1 Low. After a « Mushroom » that appeared previously (article available HERE), the pop star unveils an iteration in a « Sequoia » colorway.
This new AF1 Low participates in the celebration of the 40 years of Bruce Kilgore’s design.
Like the Highs released earlier this year, the collaborative Low pairs come in 2 makeups : « Mushroom » or « Sequoia ».
The AF1 « Sequoia » is made of recycled and dark green vegan materials. It consists of a quilted canvas base with numerous suede overlays in geometric shapes. To ensure the patchwork effect, the upper is also adorned with multiple tone-on-tone stitching. Continuing the theme, the other elements are also dressed in redwood green, including the thin textile mudguard, side Swoosh, heel tab, tongue branding, inner lining and laces. The collab is affirmed by the co-branded insole and dubraes featuring the singer’s logo. The whole is based on a sole matching the upper that brings the final harmonious touch to the design.
The Billie Eilish x Nike Air Force 1 Low « Sequoia » will be released on December 14th, 2022, for $140, at select retailers and on nike.com.
