After working with iconic labels like Hong Kong’s CLOT, the legendary Timberland brand finds a strong and loyal collaborator : Bee Line by Billionaire Boys Club, the clothing brand of multidisciplinary artist Pharrell Williams. The duo offers us a special Fall/Winter 2022 collection.
Just like last February, this new capsule includes 6-Inch Rubber Toe Boot and a selection of clothing made from responsible materials.
The pieces in this collab have been updated with Bee Line’s sustainable and creative vision. They are inspired by the urban world of the big city, while paying homage to Timberland’s historic outwear heritage.
The iconic Timberland boot is crafted from premium leather from qualified tanneries and features rubber inserts on the toe box and around the bottom of the foot. These elements appear in tone on tone and the sole is also matching. After the 3 options of February, olive green, olive green/orange and olive green/black, these boots are offered in solid black, wheat and red. The red colorway pays homage to the 2014 Crimson style and is limited to only 300 pairs worldwide. The boots feature TimberDry waterproof membranes and ReBOTL fabric made from at least 50% recycled plastic. The pairs feature color-dyed metal eyelets on the upper and Timberland logos under the ankle and Bee Line on the side rubber overlay.
The collection also includes outwear-inspired lifestyle apparel. These pieces use responsible and recycled materials. The centerpiece is surely the grey jacket/pant set featuring Shaun Crawford’s Gargoyle Bee Line Bees print. These items are made with ReBOTL fabric containing at least 40% recycled plastic. The two partners also designed a blue/green/orange Sherpa Fleece jacket made from 100% ReBOTL fabric, a hoodie and t-shirt made from 100% organic cotton and a multicolor pastel beanie made from 60% recycled polyester, 30% acrylic and 10% wool.
