A few days after presenting us a collab with the French brand SALOMON (article available HERE), the Japanese shop BEAMS teams up with a long time partner : Reebok. The famous retailer brought its touch to the brand new Club C Laceless Mule.
Unveiled in June by REEBOK, this silhouette seduces with its iconic sneaker design transformed into a slip-on mule.
Entering the hype of sandals, mules and other slides, the traditional look of the shoe is retained, but the laces have been removed and the heel counter cut. To ensure support, a wide elastic band is attached to the sides of the tongue, and for added comfort, the insole and upper are lined with terry cloth.
BEAMS reworked this silhouette with a stylish look. Mostly white, it features a leather upper with matching overlays. The collab is subtly affirmed. Discreet BEAMS branding details in pearl grey and charcoal stand out respectively on the tongue tag alongside the REEBOK logo and on the side badge of one of the two feet (visibly swappable). Co-branding on the insole and a white sole with a touch of pearl grey on the toe complete the look.
The BEAMS x Reebok Club C Laceless Mule will be released exclusively at BEAMS, in stores and online at beams.co.jp, on September 25, 2021, before being available at select retailers and reebok.com on October 1, 2021.
