After having proposed us an ideal collaboration for the summer with the giant of the flip-flop Havaianas (article available HERE), the Japanese streetwear brand BAPE teams up the equipment manufacturer REEBOK for a new project. The two partners have reworked the cult silhouettes CLUB C 85 and InstaPump Fury.
The singular design of each of these sneakers has been sublimated by the signature BAPE touch.
The Club C, already reinterpreted by the Japanese label a few months ago, retains its timeless look, leather construction and authentic white color while being adorned with new details.
The « BAPE touch » is found in the seams that appear in contrasting colors : blue, red or purple. To affirm the collab, the BAPE STA branding is applied to the tongue tag alongside the REEBOK logo and the iconic BAPE shooting star adorns the side panels.
The InstaPump Fury has a much bolder look than the Club C. It’s dressed in an eye-catching BAPE multi-camo color scheme.
Each panel is covered in a different brightly colored print. The base of the right shoe appears in purple camo with a green camo overlay and red camo on the heel. The left shoe features an orange camo base with a blue camo overlay and a first camo on the heel. For both feet, the famous inflator button is featured in white with the black APE HEAD logo. A white midsole and black outsole tone down the look.
The BAPE x REEBOK Club C 85 & InstaPump Fury will see a global release soon. They will be available at selected retailers and on the website of the 2 brands bape.com and reebok.com. To make sure you don’t miss out, stay tuned !
