While the return of the SK8STA silhouette was announced a few days ago (article available HERE), the famous Japanese streetwear brand BAPE will introduce a new silhouette called COURT STA during the year 2021.
The launch of this new model has been communicated by the account close to the major streetwear labels @Supreme_Leaks_News.
The BAPE COURT STA is available in Low and High versions. The design is once again inspired by the most popular Nike sneakers. The Hi format refers more particularly to the mythical Air Jordan 1, which is still enjoying phenomenal success today. The BAPE shooting star logo replaces the legendary Swoosh.
The first colorway presented is reminiscent of the AJ 1 « Shadow » with its upper combining black and grey. However, the COURT STA Hi is adorned with overlays engraved patterns inspired by its signature camo and a subtle tone-on-tone embroidered branding on the heel. A white sole and grey outsole complete the design.
The Low silhouette is introduced in two styles, white/light grey and off white/grey/purple. As on the Hi version, the overlays are covered with the engraved camo signature pattern and we find the emblematic side star logo. A midsole and an outsole in a different color complete the look.
The BAPE COURT STA in Hi and Low versions will be available in stores and on bape.com during the first months of 2021, for around 200€. More info coming soon, stay tuned…
