The Japanese shop ATMOS unveils a new 100% Japanese collaboration. For the second time, the reference retailer has joined forces with the Tokyo baseball team, the YUMIURI GIANTS, in order to offer us new textile products.
For this new opus, the 2 partners have called upon Kousuke Shimizu, an illustrator also based in Tokyo who works in various fields, such as graphic design, art direction for magazines, advertising and music videos.
This triple collaboration is based around a short sleeve t-shirt and a hoodie.
The first piece is available in black or white and the second in grey or black. These items feature a friendly panda illustration on the back and chest, and are adorned with Giants x atmos Tokyo co-branding in the colors of the club founded in 1934 : black, orange and white.
This special collection is not only for the fans of the Tokyo-based baseball team, it aims to appeal to a wider audience for everyday lifestyle or sports use. The harmonious logos and color combination should also appeal to sneakerheads already loyal to the atmos shop.
The special atmos x Yomiuri Giants x Kousuke Shimizu collection will be released on October 13, 2021, online at atmos-tokyo.com and giants.jp, as well as in atmos BLUE Omotesando, atmos Harajuku, atmos Ikebukuro and atmos Shinjuku stores. Sizes from M to XXL and prices set at 53$ (6050¥) for the t-shirt and 87$ (9900¥) for the hoodie.
