Very attached to the adidas ADIMATIC, the Japanese shop ATMOS unveils an exclusive declination. Following the Mid “Neo Green” version launched last week, the Harajuku flagship store presents its new and 6th special order ADIMATIC named “HOMAGE”.
The adidas ADIMATIC was a flagship pair in Japan during the 90s. This suede sneaker with a voluminous look reminiscent of skateshoes had seduced mainly Tokyoites.
For the first time in its history, the adidas ADIMATIC proposed by atmos is dressed in leather. It features an aesthetic inspired by the famous adidas SUPERSTAR “Tribute” and adopts the theme of ‘skateboard culture’. The shoe consists of a white leather upper, contrasted by smooth black leather 3-Stripes. The inner lining and branding tag on the thick white tongue also appear in black, as does the iconic sculpted sole that harmoniously finalizes the design.
To feature this adidas ADIMATIC “HOMAGE”, atmos called upon Japanese cartoonist Ryota Daimon who creates works strongly influenced by street culture and anime. He recently worked for the shop This Is Never That or the singer Miliyah.
The atmos x adidas ADIMATIC “HOMMAGE” will be released at a price of $95 (¥13,200) on May 27, 2023, in atmos stores and online via a raffle available HERE.
