Yooh Ahn, the founder of the AMBUSH brand, continues the celebration of the 40th anniversary of the legendary Nike Air Force 1 by unveiling it in a new colorway. After collaborative white/black and black/white versions, as well as a blue/yellow iteration, the designer offers a « Green/Yellow » reinterpretation of the pair designed by Bruce Kilgore in 1982.
Like the 3 previous versions, this AMBUSH x Air Force 1 Low « Green/Yellow » features a grained leather construction.
It features matching overlays and an oversized side Swoosh that protrudes from the vamp in a « 3D » look and yellow colorway. The deconstructed heel tab and dubrae that features embossed AF-1 branding are also presented in bright yellow. Other elements are dressed in green to highlight Yooh Ahn’s design, such as the inner lining, laces and sole. To affirm the collab, the AMBUSH branding adorns the tongue tag, insole and heel clip matching the upper.
The pair will be delivered in a co-branded box specially designed for the occasion.
The AMBUSH x NIKE Air Force 1 Low « Green/Yellow » and the other 3 colorways are expected to be released for the 2022 holiday season at select retailers and on nike.com. The price is set at $190 per colorway. More details to come, stay tuned !
