In May 2019, the New York shop ALIFE joined forces with the German giant ADIDAS to propose us a collaboration based on the silhouette Nizza Hi. The two partners decided to revisit once again this shoe which made its debut in 1975. Two new iterations are presented to us today, an adidas Nizza Hi in classic black and a bolder one in bright yellow.
These sneakers, from this upcoming pack, consist of a black or yellow canvas upper with an off-white rubber insert on the toe box. The emblematic adidas 3 stripes are discreetly defined by tone-on-tone stitching on the side panels. We find the adidas clover logo on the tongue label and a large Alife badge on the outside of the shoe, descending to the white midsole. The inscription of the internet address of the New York shop on the white laces adds originality to these pairs. To complete the vintage and lifestyle look, the eyelets are simply metallic. The whole is based on a vulcanized rubber sole.
The Alife x adidas Nizza Hi pack, composed of the black and yellow colorway, will be available soon on the Adidas website and at selected retailers for a suggested retail price of 80€
