As we already know, the 16th edition of Quai 54, the World Streetball Championship, will not take place this year, at least not in the usual form. However, Jordan Brand intends to maintain his next collection made with the Parisian tournament. After unveiling an Air Jordan 6 in all family sizes in Sail/Orange a short while ago (article available HERE), the brand at the Jumpman presents a second colorway applied on this model : Sail/Dark Purple.
In the continuity of the iteration presented previously, the silhouette of Tinker Hatfield is dressed in bold colors and an ethnic print.
This shoe features an upper with Aztec purple, black, blue and orange patterns with reflective 3M detailing. We find leather overlays in Sail color on the toe box, laceguard, heel and ankles. Black réminiscences are provided by the laces, heel tab and embroidered Jordan and Quai 54 brandings at the back of the heel and on the purple tongue, adding real charm to the pair. To complete the design, a print similar to the one on the side panels covers the insole and the laces block is purple. The whole is based on a Sail midsole and a translucent outsole.
The Air Jordan 6 « Quai 54 » 2020 in Sail/Dark Purple and Sail/Orange is expected to be available in July at a regular price of 190€ at select retailers and on Nike.com.
