The brand at the Jumpman regularly enriches its range of Air Jordan 1 High. Peter Moore’s silhouette is one of the most coveted Nike models today. Every re-release or new model is eagerly awaited by sneakerheads. After getting a first glimpse of the new Air Jordan 1 High OG « Pollen », an updated mock up is presented today.
Fans of AJ1 and New York hip-hop will be thrilled to learn that, according to the latest mock up, the look of this shoe strongly resembles the famous Wu-Tang x Nike Dunk High released in 1999.
It consists of a black base with pollen yellow overlays. To affirm the design, the side swoosh and laces are also presented in pollen yellow, and the Wings logo at the ankle and the nylon tongue appear in black. A touch of contrast is provided by a white midsole and tongue label. The latter seems to be designed in the same way as the one that appeared on AJ1 Bio Hack released in September (article available HERE). This little modern detail adds cachet to the pair. A yellow rubber outsole finalizes the design in a harmonious way.
The Air Jordan 1 High OG « Pollen » is scheduled to be released in fall 2021, at selected retailers and on nike.com, for the usual price of 160€.
