Here is a news that should delight the sneakerheads of the first hour : Jordan Brand is preparing an Air Jordan 1 « Chicago Reimagined » for the end of the year.
This new version features an aged vintage look and a modified toe box to get as close as possible to the 1985 OG model : the iconic Air Jordan 1 High « Chicago ». It takes the famous red, black and white colorway of the Chicago Bulls.
The shoe consists of a white leather base complemented by red overlays also in leather and black elements, such as the iconic leather side Swoosh, collar, ankle Wings logo and laces. To complete the look, the tongue appears in nylon and white, and is adorned with a classic retro red Nike Air branding label. The whole is based on a white midsole and a red outsole.
The Air Jordan 1 « Chicago Reimagined » is expected to be released during the holiday season of 2022, at select retailers and nike.com, at an inflated price for the occasion… More details to come, stay tuned !
