[vc_row][vc_column width=”1/2″][vc_column_text]The founders of the Swedish brand Sneakersnstuff, Erik Fagerland and Peter Jansson, wanted to join forces with the German giant Adidas to present us a collaboration based on a silhouette dear to their hearts : the Adidas GT « Stockholm ».
The Adidas « Stockholm » model was created in 1966, then a revisited version appeared in the 80s. This SNS « Stockholm » pays tribute to the birthplace of the SNS shop (and one of its founders) but also to the design of the modified model of the 80’s.
This retro silhouette consists of an upper in premium white leather. A nice touch of contrast is provided by the 3 Adidas stripes on the side panels in a bold blue colour. The SNS GT branding appears in gold, parallel to the upper signature stripe. To complete the design, the insole features a print of the Stockholm city map, the heel tab and the inner lining are white. Perforations between the emblematic 3 stripes add cachet to the pair. The whole is based on a white midsole and an outsole Handball Spezial, originally produced in and for Austria.
The Adidas SNS GT « Stockholm » will be available via a draw on 27 June 2020 on the SNS application. Registration is already open. The price is 119€, sizes ranging from EU 36 to EU 48.
It should be noted that this silhouette is the first unveiled of an upcoming series in 2020-2021 called « Hometown Love ». This collection aims to pay tribute to the various cities that host the SNS stores around the world.
