As the ADIDAS Orketo designed in partnership with the talented designer Sean Wotherspoon is about to be released, the brand with the 3 stripes unveils a new attractive pack of sneakers called « Cosmic Runners ».
This capsule includes a SUPERNOVA CUSHION 7 and an adiFORM Q, available in 2 colorways.
These special pairs are inspired by the cosmos and more particularly by 2 planets : Mars and Neptune for each color of the 2 adidas models.
The SUPERNOVA CUSHION 7 features a mix of materials, including mesh and TPU, to create a layered design which adds a nice stylish touch and accentuates the ruggedness. The ‘Mars’ version sports a dusty look with a yellow to faded brown gradient and the ‘Neptune’ appears in an ice blue color with parts in a worn blue hue. Additional color accents, such as powder pink and dark green on the ‘Mars’ pair, and black and brick red on the ‘Neptune’ iteration add character to these exclusive models. The washed/worn effect is also found on the iconic 3-Stripes on the sides. The name of the model ‘SUPERNOVA’ stands out on the tongue tag and is subtly affixed to the heel counter. The whole is based on a comfortable and high performance ADIPRENE midsole that matches the upper and a black outsole.
The 2 adiFORM Q‘s continue this design inspired by the great expanses of Neptune and Mars. The Primeknit underlayment appears in brown or navy blue, depending on the version, enhanced by the sculpted one-piece foam shell dressed in a bright, faded shade of the base color. The adidas Trefoil is emblazoned on the tongue and appears in relief on the heel.
The adidas Originals « Cosmic Runners » Footwear Pack will be released on December 20, 2022 at select retailers and on adidas.com. The price is set at $140 per pair.
