The Japanese reference shop ATMOS presents its second collaboration with adidas Consortium based on the EQT PROTOTYPE. After a first colorway released last September (article available HERE), Koji and his team unveil a new updated version of the classic PROTO silhouette.
Consortium is a high-end line of the German brand dedicated to innovation and exclusivity. It features new silhouettes that are only available in a limited number of partner shops worldwide, including Atmos.

As with the first version, the design teams were inspired by speed and adopted the concept of a photo racing. The shoe is adorned with a « blur » effect, characterizing high-speed movement, in the black side branding. In the same spirit, the quarter panel is presented in a gradient of white to blue and sub-green, the legendary shade of the range. To enhance the look, the toe box, tongue and heel are dressed in white, and the grey overlays feature a subtle beige and sub-green camo pattern. The black color is found on the lace cage, inner lining, laces, heel pull, as well as the adidas and atmos branding embroidered on the back of the foot. This color combination and speed effect refers to the « concrete jungle » of Tokyo. To complete the design, the dubraes appear sub-green semi-translucent with atmos and EQUIPMENT branding, and the CONSORTIUM logo adorns the right tongue tag. The whole is based on a white midsole paired with a black spiked outsole with a sub-green unit at the heel.
The adidas Consortium « EQT PROTOTYPE atmos » will be released on February 26, 2022 for 163$ (18700¥) via a raffle now open on atmos-tokyo.com. It will also be available in most of the atmos stores worldwide.
