The Atlanta-based shop A MA MANIERE continues to revisit key models from the JORDAN BRAND catalog. After reimagining the AJ3, AJ1 and AJ2, then announcing work on the AJ12 a few hours ago (article available HERE), James Whitner and his team are focusing on the legendary AIR JORDAN 4.
This special version is dressed in the « Violet Ore » colorway, a shade similar to the one used on previous collabs between the 2 brands.
The new AJ4 has a simple and elegant look. According to the first information, it consists of a white upper with a grey mudguard. This base is enhanced by touches of Violet Ore on the TPU eyelets, the lining under the iconic white nettings, the heel tab, the tongue Jumpman logo and the clip over the sole. The pair features A MA MANIERE branding details, co-branding on the insole and a special hangtag. To finalize the design, the midsole appears yellowed around the Air heel unit and the rubber outsole is presented in grey.
The A Ma Maniére x Air Jordan 4 « Violet Ore » is expected to be released alongside the 2 AJ12 in November 2022, on the 17th to be precise, in stores and on the websites of partners a-ma-manière.com and nike.com, for a price around $220. To know the last official details, stay tuned !
