Après nous avoir présenté une Air Max 1 en quantité limitée au mois de juin (article disponible ICI), le fabricant de jeans d’Amsterdam DENHAM continue sa collaboration avec le géant américain NIKE. Une Air Max 95 a été dévoilée il y a quelques jours et aujourd’hui on découvre une Air Max 90, reprenant des coloris OG cultes.
Contrairement à la DENHAM AM1, ces deux paires devraient être plus accessibles.
La Air Max 95 s’habille d’une palette de couleurs emblématiques : Volt, noire, écru et blanche. Elle se compose d’un upper en mesh blanc avec des superpositions, sur les cotés et le mudguard, en denim de qualité premium dans un dégradé de noir allant jusqu’à l’écru. Les tenants de lacets, le Swoosh brodé sur le contrefort de talon et les unités d’air apparaissent en Volt, apportant une belle touche de contraste à la paire. On retrouve le branding airmax cousu sur la languette écru et sur l’insole noire, le logo ciseaux, signature de DENHAM, est associé à la marque Nike. L’ensemble repose sur une semelle noire comportant le slogan « The Truth is in the détails » (La vérité est dans les détails) sous la plante du pied. Cette citation inspire les équipes de chez DENHAM profondément ancrées dans l’obsession du détail et de la minutie de conception. Sur les deux paires, on retrouve l’inscription « DENHAM The Jeanmaker » sur la doublure intérieure écru.
La Air Max 90 se pare de Infrared, bleu et écru. Elle se compose d’une base en denim écru de qualité supérieure avec des superpositions en ce même matériau dans un dégradé de bleus. Le Swoosh latéral aussi est confectionné en denim bleu et comporte des coutures rouges rappelant le coloris Infrared présent sur les œillets et sous la cheville. Comme pour la Air Max 95, on retrouve les logos ciseaux couplés au branding Nike sur l’insole noire. La mention Nike Air est brodée de fil rouge sur la languette écru. Pour apporter du contraste, le heel tab en cuir apparait de couleur beige. L’ensemble repose sur une midsole blanche avec la partie comportant l’unité d’air Infrared et une outsole noire avec la pointe Infrared.
LES DENHAM x NIKE Air Max 95 & NIKE Air Max 90 sortiront cet été 2020 chez les détaillants sélectionnés et sur Nike.com, au prix de 180€ pour la AM95 et 160€ pour la AM90.

The Air Max 95 is dressed in a palette of emblematic colours : Volt, black, tan and white. It consists of a white mesh upper with overlays, on the sides and the mudguard, in premium quality denim in a gradation of black to tan. The eyelets, the embroidered Swoosh on the heel counter and the air units appear in Volt, bringing a nice touch of contrast to the pair. The airmax branding is sewn on the tan tongue and on the black insole, the scissors logo, DENHAM’s signature, is associated with the Nike brand. The whole is based on a black sole with the slogan « The Truth is in the details » under the sole of the foot. This quote inspires DENHAM’s teams, who are deeply committed to an obsession with detail and meticulous design. Both pairs feature the inscription « DENHAM The Jeanmaker » on the tan inner lining.
The Air Max 90 is dressed in Infrared, blue and tan. It consists of an upper made of high quality tan denim with overlays of the same material in a gradation of blue. The side swoosh is also made of blue denim and has red seams reminiscent of the Infrared colorway present on the eyelets and under the ankle. As with the Air Max 95, the scissor logos are combined with Nike branding on the black insole. The Nike Air mention is embroidered with red thread on the tan tongue. For add contrast, the leather heel tab appears in beige. The whole is based on a white midsole with the Infrared air unit part and a black outsole with the Infrared tip.
The DENHAM x NIKE Air Max 95 & NIKE Air Max 90 will be available this summer 2020 at selected retailers and on Nike.com, at a price of 180€ for the AM95 and 160€ for the AM90.
