Après avoir réinterprété la fameuse adidas Campus Supreme Sole il y a quelques jours, ATMOS dévoile une nouvelle collaboration avec une autre grande marque de sneakers, NEW BALANCE. Le shop japonais de référence a apporté sa touche à un banger du label de Boston : la 2002R.
Nommée « Cybernetics Blue », cette version spéciale arbore le thème du monde cybernétique, dans lequel le ‘bleu’ offre une excellente visibilité et apparaît comme ‘essentiel pour exprimer les possibilités de l’avenir et la vision du monde à laquelle la technologie humaine conduira.’
Cette silhouette hyper populaire à travers le monde se pare d’un look attractif, avec sa combinaison de bleu/gris. Elle suit l’interprétation du bleu exclusif ATMOS, tout en conservant la touche grise NEW BALANCE.
La sneaker se compose d’un upper en mesh technique bleu-gris, complété par des superpositions en daim gris très clair et d’autres en gris foncé signature NB. Elle est également dotée d’empiècements réfléchissants uniques à la 2002R qui renforcent la synergie de la ‘vision du monde’, tout comme le logo N latéral qui donne une impression de 3D et affirme le thème. Des brandings embossés sur la languette, sous la cheville et le talon, une semelle blanc cassé avec une partie grise sous le talon et une outsole en caoutchouc noir finalisent harmonieusement le design.

Named « Cybernetics Blue », this special version features the theme of the cybernetic world, in which « blue » offers excellent visibility and is seen as ‘essential for expressing the possibilities of the future and the vision of the world to which human technology will lead.’
This globally-popular silhouette is given an attractive look, with its blue/grey combination. It follows the interpretation of the exclusive ATMOS blue, while retaining the NEW BALANCE grey touch.
The sneaker features a blue-grey technical mesh upper, complemented by overlays in very light grey suede and others in NB signature dark grey. It also features reflective inserts unique to the 2002R that reinforce the synergy of the ‘world view’, as does the sideways N logo that gives a 3D feel and affirms the theme. Embossed brandings on the tongue, under the ankle and heel, an off-white sole with a grey section under the heel and a black rubber outsole harmoniously finalize the design.
