Il y a quelques semaines, je vous parlais dans un article (dispo ICI) de la dernière collaboration entre Clot et Adidas. C’est sur la silhouette Superstar qu’Edison Chen et sa team ont apporté une touche Preppy au design initial.
Ayant pu l’acheter il y a quelques jours, je vous propose de la découvrir en images à mes pieds.
La chaussure se compose d’un upper en cuir blanc avec une shell toe de couleur assortie. Sur le quarter panel, les 3-Stripes s’habillent de noir et sont cousues sur un cuir blanc perforé qui accentue la respirabilité ainsi que le style ‘mocassin’. Le thème est affirmé par l’ajout de pompons blancs au niveau de la languette, un heel tab noir aux finitions dentelées et une fine bande en cuir marron foncé entourant le bas du pied. L’ensemble repose sur une épaisse semelle jaune moutarde, blanche et beige crantée qui symbolise la fusion entre un modèle de sport et une mocassin vintage à la fois robuste et élégant.
La CLOT x ADIDAS SUPERSTAR sortie le 23 février 2024, a été immédiatement Sold Out. Vous pouvez la retrouver chez des revendeurs tel que StockX, Klekt ou Larry Deadstock.
Having purchased the shoe a few days ago, I suggest you to discover it in some pictures on my feet.
The shoe consists a white leather upper with a color-matched shell toe. On the quarter panel, the 3-Stripes are dressed in black and sewn onto perforated white leather, accentuating breathability and the moccasin style. The theme is reinforced by the addition of white tassels on the tongue, a black heel tab with serrated finish and a thin band of dark brown leather around the bottom of the foot. A thick mustard-yellow, white and beige notched sole symbolizes the fusion between a sporty model and a vintage moccasin that’s both robust and elegant.
