Quelques jours après la sortie des 2 premiers coloris de la GEL-TEREMOA (article disponible ICI), asics et Kiko Kostadinov dévoilent leur nouveau projet pour la saison SS24. Dans le cadre de sa ligne « Curation Models » développée en étroite relation avec ASICS, le designer bulgare présente la US5-S GEL-QUANTUM KINETIC.
Cette sneaker conçue par le studio créatif Kiko Kostadinov cherche à repousser les limites, en expérimentant davantage avec la couleur, la matérialité et la performance. ASICS SportStyle et le studio du créateur de mode se sont inspirés de la nature, en étudiant les paysages, les terrains et les phénomènes naturels, pour créer la US5-S GEL-QUANTUM KINETIC.
Cette sneaker nous est proposée en 2 coloris : vert « Moss/Bamboo » et bleu « Light Indigo/Peacoat ».
Les partenaires ont reproduit la façon dont les éléments naturels se fondent et coopèrent avec les autres en juxtaposant les matériaux sur la chaussure.
La US5-S GEL-QUANTUM KINETIC™ incarne une multitude de références d’archives. Autant performante que stylée, elle mélange des lignes géométriques avancées avec des tons neutres et des teintes sereines.
Ce modèle bénéficie d’un upper combinant du mesh et des superpositions en cuir brillant. Il est doté d’une construction SCUTOID GEL favorisant l’absorption des chocs et d’un contrefort interne au talon qui apporte stabilité et confort à la base du pied. This sneaker, designed by the Kiko Kostadinov creative studio, seeks to push boundaries, experimenting further with color, materiality and performance. ASICS SportStyle and the fashion designer’s studio drew inspiration from nature, studying landscapes, terrains and natural phenomena, to create the US5-S GEL-QUANTUM KINETIC.
The sneaker comes in 2 colorways : « Moss/Bamboo » green and « Light Indigo/Peacoat » blue.
The partners have reproduced the way natural elements blend and cooperate with each other by juxtaposing materials on the shoe.
The US5-S GEL-QUANTUM KINETIC™ embodies a multitude of archival references. As high-performance as it’s stylish, it blends advanced geometric lines with neutral tones and serene hues.
This model benefits from an upper combining mesh and glossy leather overlays. It features SCUTOID GEL construction for shock absorption, and an internal heel counter for stability and comfort at the base of the foot. The GEL™️ technological structure is complemented by FF BLAST™️ PLUS cushioning for energetic impact absorption underfoot.
