Après s’être associé à KangaROOS l’année dernière pour sa toute 1ère collaboration, BISSO dévoile un nouveau projet accrocheur. Pour ce 2ème opus, le français passionné de sneakers a fait équipe avec le shop belge L’ORIGINAL et la marque italienne DIADORA pour réinterpréter la silhouette de la fameuse V7000. Le trio nous présente une version spéciale « Made in Italy », limitée à 250 exemplaires.
Nommée « Strong Together », cette sneaker triple collaborative véhicule le leitmotiv qui accompagne les vies de Bisso et de Frank de l’ORIGINAL : « EVERY DAY WITH STRONG INTENSITY AND PASSION » (Chaque jour avec une forte intensité et passion).
Les 2 partenaires baignent dans la street culture depuis leur adolescence dans les années 90. Ils se sont trouvés des points communs et en ont fait une force afin d’imaginer cette paire collaborative. Frank et Bisso ont souhaité mettre à l’honneur leurs passions respectives, le break-dance pour le 1er et les sound system pour le 2ème, à travers cette Diadora V7000 exclusive.
Dès l’âge de 10 ans, Frank a exprimé son côté artistique par la customisation de vêtements, le graffiti et la danse. Il a participé à des battles de break-dance à travers l’Europe et les Etats-Unis, qui lui ont permis de découvrir de nouvelles tendances et de se forger un caractère fort en termes d’influences.
Pour Bisso, ou plutôt SELECTA BISSO (son nom de scène), c’était les sound system, où il mixait souvent vêtu de débardeurs filets jamaïcains de couleur verte, jaune/orangé et accompagnés d’un pantalon camo. L’amateur de reggae et dancehall transportait ses vinyles dans des caisses transparentes ou off-white. Des boîtes représentant de véritables coffres remplis de petits joyaux musicaux.
Les couleurs présentes sur cette Diadora V7000 ont toutes une signification particulière pour Frank et Bisso, qu’elle soit commune ou différente.
Par exemple, la teinte curry, le vert émeraude et l’imprimé camo ont été une évidence pour ces 2 amoureux de la culture des 90’s. Aussi, le bleu et le rouge sur la midsole blanche viennent faire référence aux chaussures de sport de cette époque.
Fabriquée en Italie, cette sneaker se compose d’un upper combinant plusieurs matériaux premium et plusieurs couleurs. Elle est dotée d’une toe box en mesh blanc cassé, matchant avec les panneaux latéraux en cuir. Les superpositions en daim vert et jaune orangé apportent une belle touche de contraste. Pour compléter le look et affirmer l’inspiration, le fameux logo latéral et le heel tab sont habillés d’un imprimé camo, la doublure intérieure apparaît de couleur bordeaux et le renfort de talon est présenté en cuir marron.
La paire est ornée des logos des 2 partenaires au niveau de l’arrière du talon : L’ORIGINAL brodé sur le pied gauche et SELECTA BISSO sur le pied droit. En ce qui concerne les autres détails de branding, Diadora conserve sa place habituelle sur la languette blanc cassé et le nom du modèle est brodé en blanc sur le talon latéral. Un grand soin a été porté aux détails, en témoignent les aglets de lacets vert vif assortis aux œillets supérieurs en TPU et à la finition sur la superposition de talon. Un clip de talon bleu électrique et une outsole en gomme finalisent harmonieusement le design.

Named « Strong Together », this collaborative triple sneaker conveys the leitmotif that accompanies the lives of Bisso and Frank from ORIGINAL : « EVERY DAY WITH STRONG INTENSITY AND PASSION ».
The two partners have been immersed in street culture since their teenage years in the 90s. They found common ground and turned it into a strength to imagine this collaborative pair. Frank and Bisso wanted to honor their respective passions, break-dance for the 1st and sound system for the 2nd, through this exclusive Diadora V7000.
Since the age of 10, Frank expressed his artistic side by customizing clothes, graffiti and dance. He participated in break-dance battles throughout Europe and the United States, which allowed him to discover new trends and build a strong character in terms of influences.
For Bisso, or rather SELECTA BISSO (his stage name), it was the sound systems, where he often mixed wearing green, yellow/orange Jamaican tank tops with camo pants. The reggae and dancehall fan carried his vinyls in transparent or off-white boxes. Boxes representing real chests filled with small musical jewels.
The colors on this Diadora V7000 all have a special meaning for Frank and Bisso, whether common or different.
For example, the curry hue, emerald green and camo print were a no-brainer for these two 90’s culture lovers. Also, the blue and red on the white midsole are a reference to the sports shoes of that time.
Made in Italy, this sneaker is composed of an upper combining several premium materials and several colors. It features an off-white mesh toe box, matching the leather side panels. Green and orange-yellow suede overlays add a nice touch of contrast. To complete the look and affirm the inspiration, the famous side logo and heel tab are dressed in a camo print, the inner lining appears in burgundy color and the heel reinforcement is presented in brown leather.
The pair is adorned with the logos of the 2 partners at the back of the heel : L’ORIGINAL embroidered on the left foot and SELECTA BISSO on the right foot. As for the other branding details, Diadora keeps its usual place on the off-white tongue and the model name is embroidered in white on the side heel. Great attention to detail was paid, as evidenced by the bright green lace aglets matching the TPU upper eyelets and finish on the heel overlay. An electric blue heel clip and gum outsole finish off the design harmoniously.
