A l’occasion du 40ème anniversaire de « l’Empire Contre-Attaque », Adidas s’est une nouvelle fois associé à la franchise Star Wars afin de nous offrir une série de collaborations sur différentes silhouettes cultes de la marque allemande. Aujourd’hui, c’est la fameuse Adidas Top Ten HI qui vient représenter le robot C-3PO.
La paire ultra fidèle aux coloris de C-3PO se voit habillée d’un cuir brillant de couleur dorée. On retrouve une étiquette de languette personnalisée comportant la mention C-3PO ainsi que sa tête. Des dubrés de lacets dorés, « Star » d’un côté et « Wars » de l’autre, apportent un caractère exclusif au modèle. L’ensemble repose sur une semelle intermédiaire blanche et une outsole en gomme.
Une Ultra Boost « Yoda » et une NMD R1 « Stormtroopers » devraient certainement arriver en même temps que la Top Ten High.
Le film étant sorti le 21 mai 1980, il y a fort à parier que cette collaboration ne devrait pas tarder à sortir en magasins. Restez connectés…
[:en]On the occasion of the 40th anniversary of « The Empire Stikes Back », Adidas has once again partnered with the Star Wars franchise to offer us a series of collaborations on different cult silhouettes of the German brand. Today, it’s the famous Adidas Top Ten HI that comes to represent the C-3PO robot.
The pair, ultra faithful to the C-3PO colors, is dressed in a shiny golden leather. We find a personalized tab label with the words C-3PO and its head. Golden dubrés, « Star » on one side and « Wars » on the other, give an exclusive status to the model. The whole is based on a white midsole and a rubber outsole.
An Ultra Boost « Yoda » and an NMD R1 « Stormtroopers » should certainly be released at the same time as the Top Ten High.
The film was released on May 21, 1980, so it’s likely that this collaboration will soon be available in stores. Stay tuned …
