En 2010, afin de célébrer le deuxième titre MVP consécutif de LeBron James en saison régulière, Nike dévoilait la LEBRON 7 « MVP ». Cette sneaker restait fidèle aux exigences techniques du King et se présentait dans un coloris rappelant le club l’ayant propulsé au rang de grand joueur NBA: les Cavaliers de Cleveland.
Aujourd’hui, 10 ans après la sortie de ce heat, son retour est annoncé. A l’époque, cette paire avait été distribuée dans un cadre limité. De nombreux fans n’avaient pas pu l’avoir. Ces derniers devraient être ravis car d’après les dernières informations en notre possession, cette nouvelle LEBRON 7 « MVP » ressemblerait fortement à la paire de 2010.
La paire serait composée d’un upper en cuir blanc avec des panneaux latéraux en molleton gris. On retrouverait le Swoosh en tissu chenille de couleur or et aux contours brodés de fil bordeaux, un clin d’œil au logo et aux couleurs des Cavs. En ce qui concerne les détails, les mots « Witness » et « History » apparaitraient en broderie jaune or sur le heel tab et l’inscription MVP se distinguerait à l’arrière de la chaussure. D’autres éléments de même couleurs, tels que l’écusson L23 sur le talon ou l’attache des lacets, compléteraient le style soigné et harmonieux de la paire. L’ensemble reposerait sur la midsole classique du 7ème modèle signature de LeBron : en mousse avec l’unité Air présente sur toute la longueur de la semelle, ici apparaissant en teinte rouge. Pour finaliser le matching, l’outsole traditionnelle en caoutchouc, apportant adhérence et résistance, serait bicolore or et bordeaux.
La NIKE LEBRON 7 « MVP » devrait sortir au mois de juin 2020 chez certains détaillants sélectionnés et sur le site Nike.com , pour un prix de 200€.

Today, 10 years after the release of this shoe, its return is announced. At the time this pair was distributed in a limited edition, not allowing many fans to cop it. The latter should be delighted because according to the latest information, this new LEBRON 7 « MVP » would strongly look like the pair of 2010.
The upper would be made of white leather with grey fleece side panels. We should find a Swoosh made of gold chenille fabric with burgundy embroidered edges, a nod to the Cavs’ logo and colours. In terms of detail, the words « Witness » and « History » would appear in gold yellow embroidery on the heel tab and the inscription MVP would stand out on the back of the shoe. Other elements in the same colours, such as the L23 crest on the heel or the laces, would complete the pair’s neat and harmonious style. The whole would be based on the classic midsole of LeBron’s 7th signature model : in foam with the Air unit present along the entire length of the sole, here appearing in red. To finalize the matching, the traditional rubber outsole, providing grip and resistance, would be two-tone gold and burgundy.
The NIKE LEBRON 7 « MVP » is expected to be available in June 2020 at selected retailers and on the Nike.com website, for a price of 200€.
